Shipping

We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days from order; you'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your kit ships. Orders over $50 ship free; otherwise shipping is a flat $4.99.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email hello@junkandjot.com and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

The 60-day make-something guarantee

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or you simply don't love it, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Damaged or missing items are replaced free. Change-of-heart returns: we refund in full once the unused kit is on its way back to us (return postage on you).

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full, as long as the order hasn't shipped.
